Ravi Teja strikes gold
Despite taking a long break post the failure of Kick 2 and Bengal Tiger, actor Ravi Teja’s stakes are as high as ever. In a recent development, the satellite and digital rights, along with the Hindi dubbing rights, for his upcoming film Raja The Great have been sold out for a whopping Rs 18 crore.
“Since the actor took a long break before deciding his next movie, expectations are high. Also, he is playing a new character (visually challenged), which has generated a great buzz for the action-drama. Ravi Teja is a thorough entertainer and it’s no wonder then that his market rates have gone up so high,” shares a source in the know.
Starring Mehreen Kaur as the female lead, the film has guest appearances by Sai Dharam Tej and Raashi Khanna. Anil Ravipudi has helmed the film, which is a Dil Raju production.
