“Pawan Kumar, the director of the original film, will be directing the Hindi remake as well. The film’s leading lady will be finalised soon,” a source says.
U Turn is a suspense thriller about a series of accidents that take place at a particular location in Bengaluru. The story is documented by a journalist investigating a crime. The film’s bilingual Tamil-Telugu remake, also helmed by Pawan Kumar, with actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead, is currently awaiting release.
