More and more young actors are making their Tollywood debut. Now, a star daughter and a star sibling are all set to join the ranks. Jeevitha Rajasekhar’s younger daughter Shivatmika has been paired opposite Vijay Deverakonda’s brother Anand in a film titled Dorasani, produced by Madhura Sridhar and Yash Rangineni. Producer Suresh Babu may also support this project as he likes the subject.
The film is being directed by debutant K.V. R. Mahendra. “He earlier made a short film named Nisheedhi and then came up with this story which is completely in the Telangana dialect. They needed two newcomers, and decided to launch the two youngsters with this film,” says a source.
Interestingly, Rajasekhar’s elder daughter Shivani is making her debut with the film Two States and has also signed a Tamil film.
On the other hand, Vijay Deverakonda’s brother Anand has been waiting for a good launch pad. Yash Rangineni, Vijay’s relative who had earlier produced Pelli Choopulu is believed to have suggested Anand’s name for this film.
