According to a source, Jr NTR, who is hosting the ongoing Big Boss show on a Telugu channel, is charging Rs 35 lakhs per episode! This amount is very high and actually much bigger than what Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna were paid for their shows on TV.
“The show got hype because of Jr NTR as host, and the organisers too got good sponsors,” says a source.
Even the contestants get salaries depending on their stay in the house apart from the prize money, adds the source. Actress Jyothi was eliminated after the first week and another person is going to be eliminated after the second week.
“The organisers are now trying to rope in popular stars to get into the house through the wild card,” reveals the source.
Meanwhile, Jr NTR is doing his part well by interacting with all the participants in the house.
