Days after bagging a role in one of the most-hyped projects in Tollywood, Aakanksha Singh is all set to make a foray into Sandalwood as well. The actress will be seen playing Sudeep’s love interest in the Kannada film Pailwaan.
Talking about the project, she says, “My Kannada debut happened so quickly! When I got a call for the film, I was contemplating whether I should do it or not. But my friends pushed me to sign the project. It was then that I realised what a big project it was. The offer came out of the blue; I never expected it.”
The actress has already started preparing for her role in the film which will be directed by S. Krishna. “I am excited and looking forward to shooting with a star like Sundeep. I have already started prepping for my role. I shall take Kannada diction classes soon,” she says.
