Almost a year-and-a-half ago, there was a buzz that actress Samantha is keen to start working on the Telugu-Tamil remake of Kannada film U Turn. And now, it looks like things have finally fallen into place. The actress is set to begin working on the film in February, we hear.
If one recalls, Samantha was very impressed by the film that received massive critical acclaim upon release. She had even travelled to Bengaluru with Naga Chaitanya to meet the film’s director, Pawan Kumar, who will be helming the bilingual remake as well.
At that juncture, apparently, Samantha was also considering turning producer with the mystery thriller. But she got busy with both professional and personal commitments and the film got a bit delayed. It is to be seen how things pan out this time around.
