Looks like there’s a change in fortune in Nandini Rai’s career. The Mosagallaku Mosagadu star will soon make her Bollywood debut in a yet-untitled project that is to be directed by Hussain. We are told that the film is set in a political backdrop of Uttar Pradesh and Nandini will be seen in the role of a politician.
“Donning the neta’s garb is a fresh move for me, and so I am excited and can’t wait to for the shoot,” says Nandini.
She then takes us through the rounds of auditioning she had to go through before she bagged the project. “After my look test, I had to give four different auditions to showcase my acting, expressions and body language. It was tough, but I pulled it off, and I am glad that I am debuting in Hindi,” she reveals. Fans might remember that the actress was one of the contestants in the second season of Telugu Bigg Boss, having stayed in the house for 72 days. Admitting that participating in the show was a great learning experience, the Silly Fellows star shares, “I learnt life lessons, realised how to adapt to uncertainties and how to get along with people from different cultures.”
