No remake for Allu Arjun and Trivikram Srinivas
Allu Arjun is joining hands once again with director Trivikram Srinivas for an upcoming project that will be officially announced in a few days. It was reported earlier that the director will be remaking the Hindi film Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, but this is not true.
Trivikram is keen on writing an original story and is now working on his own script, which should be completed by December. The film may commence shooting from January next year.
“Allu Arjun had liked the Hindi film and had told his close associates that he would like to do the film in Telugu. He had even discussed the possibility of a remake with Trivikram, and that’s how the news spread that he was doing the remake,” explains a source. But Trivikram, on the other hand, isn’t interested in rehashing the Hindi film. His own script is almost complete and should be ready by December end. “Allu Arjun is not in a hurry, as he wants to start once everything has been finalised. He is happy to be spending time with his family and friends,” adds the source.
