On Tuesday evening, it was reported that Income Tax officials had raided actress Rakul Preet Singh’s house. Some even went ahead and said that the actress was served notices after she performed at the wedding of mining baron, Gali Janardhan Reddy’s daughter. The actress is disappointed about the rumours.
“I don’t know why people don’t leave this topic alone. First, they double or triple my remuneration and then they announce a raid. This is so annoying,” says Rakul. She adds that her family members are getting worried about her. “My dad gets worried about these rumours. Nobody checks the facts or bothers to even ask me,” she says while adding, “I have always been very open with the media and keep them informed about things that happen in my life,” says the actress, adding that it is unfair that despite being so media friendly, such reports do the rounds.
