While it was announced that cinematographer Ravi Varman would handle the lens for Chiranjeevi’s ambitious project Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, there has now been a change of plans. With the acclaimed DOP choosing to drop out of the film to work in Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2, Ratnavelu has now been brought in as a replacement.
“With the film’s shooting set to begin in December, the makers wasted no time and immediately roped in Ratnavelu. They are keen to get the work started at the earliest,” shares a source.
