The flick was earlier rumoured to be titled Karna.
Nandamuri Balakrishna
While it was earlier decided that Balakrishna’s upcoming film directed by K. S. Ravi Kumar would be called Karna, the makers have now decided to name it Jai Simha. Talking about the title, the director says, “We never chose or thought about the title Karna. Probably it came out when we registered a few titles, but it is not the final title for our film.” He added that the name of the film, Jai Simha will be announced soon after it is discussed with Balakrishna and Ravi.
According to a source, there is also another title, Jai Balayya that the team believes would be perfect for the action-drama.
The shooting of Balakrishna's film is presently underway in Araku near Visakhapatnam.
