There’s a first time for everything! And so, actor Rajasekhar is gearing up to speak the Telangana slang for the first time. His next film with director Prasanth Varma of Awe fame is an action entertainer that is set to the backdrop of Telangana in the 80s. While Rajasekhar has earlier played cop roles, the director says this film will showcase the actor in a new avatar.
“It’ll be an out-of-the-box script; something that Rajasekhar hasn’t worked on. Hence, he’ll be shown in a hitherto unseen look. I want to thank him for the opportunity. The film will be launched on August 26 and we are excited about the shoot,” shares Prasanth, adding, “There are a few episodes in the film that will prompt Rajasekhar to speak in the Telangana dialect, but not throughout.”
