Krishna Vamsi to direct Nandamuri Balakrishna's 100th film?
According to a reliable source, Nandamuri Balakrishna has asked ace director Krishna Vamsi to prepare a subject for his 100th film.
The actor’s 100th film has been in the news for the last few weeks with a lot of speculations surrounding it. After his Dictator released in January, Balakrishna had announced that Singeetham Srinivasa Rao would direct his 100th film, which would be a sequel to his earlier hit film Aditya 369. But after a few days he announced that Boyapati Srinivas, whom he had earlier worked with for blockbuster films, was also in the race.
“Balakrishna called Krishna Vamsi and asked him to come up with a good subject for his 100th film. So the director is busy preparing a script for him,” says a source.
“The actor has to decide on a director after going through the different subjects, he is not in a hurry to decide,” adds the source.
Balakrishna is now busy preparing for the Lepakshi celebrations at his Hindupur Assembly constituency. He will also be seen on stage in a theatre production, playing Vijayanagar ruler Krishnadevaraya.
