Producer Bekkem Venugopal has also delved into the familiar subject of friendship with a film titled Husharu. “Yes, there are a few films made on friendship like Life is Beautiful, Happy Days and Ee Nagaraniki Emayindi, but my film is different. My film is about four people who are school friends, and it shows how they have settled in life. It’s a formula film but we have opted for more realistic portrayals, from their dialogues to how they behave,” says Venugopal.
The producer will be presenting nearly eight new actors with this film. The director Harsha is also making his debut with this film,” he informs. Unlike the earlier films, which were against a college backdrop or about an incident between friends, this film’s narrative covers the entire life of four friends, he reveals. “We have shot the entire film in Hyderabad.” Venugopal states that he is planning to release the film on December 7. The film also features Rahul Ramakrisna of Arjun Reddy fame in an important role as a frustrated software employee.
