Samantha, who’s been donning different roles, is all set to impress the audience as an investigative journalist. In her forthcoming film, U Turn, the actress will be seen in the serious role of a scribe. The actress seems to have done quite a lot of research to look the part.
Directed by Pawan Kumar, the mystery thriller has wrapped up most of the shooting while the filming of the songs will commence soon.
The film also stars Aadhi Pinisetty in the role of a cop, while Rahul Ravindran and Bhumika Chawla will be seen in key supporting roles. The film is slated for September 13 release.
