So far the biopic on NTR, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, has been in the news for its ensemble cast. With the first part of the biopic, titled Kathanayakudu releasing on January 9, 2019, we have got another interesting update about the Krish directorial.
We have reliably learnt that the movie will have as many as 12 yesteryear popular numbers of N.T. Rama Rao. Apparently, M.M. Keeravani, the film’s music composer had remixed these old tunes to suit the modern setting.
Popular numbers like Aku Chatu Pinde and Lechindi Mahila Lokam have already been shot. While the former was shot on Balakrishna and Rakul, the latter was filmed on Balakrishna and Nithya Menen. Other songs were shot on Shriya, Shalini Pandey, Hansika and other actresses.
The interesting part of these numbers is that director Krish has used these famous numbers to drive the narrative and further elevate the life story of NTR. Apparently, most of these songs will appear in the first part of the biopic.
