The recently released film Ekkadiki Pothav Chinnavada that stars young actor Nikhil Siddharth has been declared a hit. This success gives a boost to the young actor and also to the producers of Tollywood. The cash crunch situation in the country has scared many industries, including the film industry.
However, the success of this film comes as a big relief to other upcoming releases as it proves that if the content is good, the Telugu audience is ready to encourage despite any kind of situation.
“Even I was surprised to see the collections of my film,” says Nikhil about the film’s success. “Everyone from the industry is calling and wishing me. More importantly, we overcame the demonetisation fear,” he adds.
The film collected nearly Rs 13.5 crore in the last three days and did very well overseas too. For an actor like Nikhil, this film could be his career best.
