We’ve heard stories one too many about actors and their food tantrums. But Samantha Akkineni prefers food made in her own caravan. While most actors and actresses use their caravans or vanity vans to rest, Samantha’s caravan is a little different. The backside of the vehicle has been transformed into a cooking spot where her assistants make food for her.
The staff goes to Samantha’s film set with fresh vegetables and other ingredients and prepares hot curries and steamed rice on an electric stove set-up on the backside of the bus.

“She has been doing this since the past few years and always eats food prepared on the location. Unlike many actresses, Samantha never complains about her food,” says a source from the unit.
The actress is currently busy shooting for Mahanati, on the sets of which we clicked a picture (inset) of her mini kitchen.
