Looks like actor Sunil is back to doing what he is best at — comedy. After his impressive comic act in Chitralahaari, he has once again taken up another substantial role in Gopichand’s forthcoming spy-thriller, Chanakya, directed by Thiru.
Apparently, the filmmakers wanted to cast a seasoned actor for an important comedy track in the film, and felt that Sunil would be the best option to evoke laughter among the audience.
After enthralling the audience for several years with an array of comic characters, Sunil later took up protagonist roles with little success. But now, he has started taking up comic roles again. “When the makers of Chanakya offered Sunil the role, he felt that there was a lot of scope to perform and took it up immediately,” informs a source.
