Actor Nitin Sathya, who turned producer with Jarugandi in which his good friend Jai plays the lead is happy to bankroll yet another movie. This time around he has brought yet another buddy of his — Vaibhav Reddy — in the lead. The yet to be titled film has popular TV actress Vani Bhojan making her foray into tinsel town as Vaibhav’s pair.
Speaking to DC, Nitin Sathya said, “I am introducing SG Charles, a former assistant of Mohan Raja as the director. A crime thriller, the script is in a new genre. I was fascinated with the way Charles narrated the multidimensional point of view story in a non-linear fashion. While Vaibhav plays a tough cop named Vasanth in investigation, ace Eshwari Rao who made heads turn playing Rajini sir’s pair in Kaala will be seen as a female cop. Vani Bhojan’s role is crucial and she is a powerhouse performer.”
Poorna and Mime Gopi are also essaying key characters. Nitin adds, “Vaibhav who has a good line of projects is focused and took training under one of the police officers, who is a good friend of mine. The movie will be one of Vaibhav’s biggest films in terms of budget.” Produced under Shvedh banner, with Arrol Corelli doing the music and Sandy, who has worked in Bollywood and Telugu films, behind the camera.
