Balakrishna’s films are generally known to be mass entertainers with some very powerful titles. And director Puri Jagannadh is usually associated with film titles which make the hero seem like a rogue. In fact, his latest film is titled Rogue! Now, the buzz is that the Nandamuri hero’s next with the director could be titled Tapori. This is a complete take-off from the actor’s general choice of names for his films.
While a confirmation is awaited, it is learnt that the actor’s characterisation in the film will be extremely quirky and different. “The action drama will set a new benchmark and redefine Balakrishna’s brand of films. A very new side to him will be explored in the film, and it’s possible that the title could reflect the same,” shares a source. Meanwhile, the film’s leading ladies are yet to be finalised.
