The team of Okka Kshanam was recently in a spot, with accusations of plagiarism levelled against them by producer Anil Sunkara, who took up the matter with the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce. Sunkara alleged that the film was probably similar to his upcoming film 2 Memiddaram, an official remake of Korean film Parallel Life. With Okka Kshanam set to release on December 22, the sudden development sent the team into a tizzy. But it looks like things have been sorted amicably.
Anil Sunkara tweeted: “Had a pleasant chat with Vi Anand & Chakri of Okka Kshanam. All the concerns are sorted out & cleared. After knowing the entire content of d film, i am sure that its gonna be a big hit. Advanced congrats to @AlluSirish @directorvianand nd Chakri. Looking farward 2 working with dem. (sic).” Let’s hope Okka Kshanam will have no other glitches in its release.
