Soon after Venkatesh announced that he would be doing the Telugu remake of Tamil film Asuran, the makers announced that director Srikanth Addala of Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu fame would direct the film. And pretty soon, people started memes on him, wondering how the film would be if he were to direct it.
While the Tamil film was raw and realistic, with Dhanush doing full justice to his role, everyone is curious to know how the Telugu version would turn out. People have been trolling the director relentlessly on social media, using the songs and dialogues from his previous film and commenting on his earlier films.
Meanwhile, it is still not known how Venkatesh’s role in the Telugu remake will shape up.
