Young actor Nikhil Siddhartha launched his new film, Swasa, on the auspicious occasion of Dassara.
Talking about the project, which being directed by debutant Kishan Katta, he says, “I like the script and the different shades to my role in the film. I always believe in good content, and this subject is completely different.” He adds, “The title completely fits the story, but I can’t reveal anything about it yet — it’s too early.”
The actor who has worked with several newbie directors in the past says that he’s happy to introduce yet another budding talent with this film. Swasa also stars Nivetha Thomas as the female lead.
Meanwhile, Nikhil has wrapped up Mudra, a Telugu remake of the Tamil film Kanithan. He says, “We have stuck to the main plot but changed the entire script to suit Telugu tastes. Except for one song, the shooting has been completed, and the film will release in November.”
