That Rajasekhar and Jeevitha’s daughter Shivani is all set to make her film debut soon is known. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun has launched his new film Naa Peru Surya, and the filmmakers are on the lookout for a female lead.
A few people working for the film liked Shivani’s pictures and felt that she is perfect for the role. “Though Shivani looks stunning in the photos, they didn’t take the issue to Allu Aravind as he may not like the idea, given the old rivalry between Chiranjeevi and Rajasekhar”, says a source.
The rivalry between the two actors started after an incident a few years back where Rajasekhar spoke against the Mega Star at a political meeting at Bhimavaram, after which fans of Chiranjeevi chased Rajasekhar’s family from Bheemavaram to Hyderabad and threw stones. The incident became a big sensation at that time and later Chiru visited Rajasekhar’s house to apologise.
Will Allu Aravind break the jinx and take Shivani as the female lead opposite his son Arjun? “The Rajasekhar couple don’t have any objection and even met Chiranjeevi a few times after that incident, so it all depends now on Allu Aravind,” adds the source.
