T-town’s numero uno director Rajamouli’s secret dream was to become a hero.
At a promotional event of Show Time, directed by his brother S.S. Kanchi, the director said, “As a teenager, I wanted to become a film hero. I would even perform pujas at my village for my dream to come true. I thought Kanchi annayya would get angry if I told him, but he advised me to go to Chennai and try for films. That’s how I came to Chennai; my brother is my guiding force.”
S.S. Kanchi will be making his directorial debut with Show Time. “He should have directed a film long back, but I think it’s still not too late and I am confident he will be successful as a director,” added Rajamouli.
Randheer Reddy and Ruksaar Mir are the lead pair in the film that is being produced by Sudhir.
