Kabza is 30% complete, says director

Actor Upendra’s forthcoming film Kabza has been hitting the right notes ever since shooting started last year-end.
Now, the filmmakers have released the poster of the Brahma star, and the actor’s cool look has been hogging the limelight. The period film’s story stretches from 1947 until 1980.
“The film is an underworld action-drama and Uppi’s fans are thrilled to see the dazzling star’s verve on a bike; the poster has got a retro feel, too,” explains R. Chandru, the director.
“Jagapathi Babu garu has got a major role in the movie and it will be the surprise element. We have completed 30 percent of the shoot, and have hit ‘Pause’ because of the lockdown,” adds the director. Sridhar Lagadapati is presenting the film.
