After a hectic election campaign, the Jana Sena Party chief and actor Pawan Kalyan is finally relaxing at home, while he awaits the results which are going to be announced on May 23.
According to a close associate of his, the actor is very confident about the Jana Sena’s impact in some areas and about winning a few Assembly seats this election. “Although most surveys and predictions have written off the Jana Sena, the actor is fairly confident that the party will win around 10 to 15 seats in the Assembly and that he may play the key role,” said the source.
While both the Telugu Desam and the YSR Congress are confident about winning maximum seats and forming the next government, Jana Sena members seem fairly confident that the two leading parties will fall short of 10 to 15 seats and consequently, the need for their support will arise. “Pawan has told his party leaders that the party will definitely win a few seats in Coastal Andhra and some in the Godavari districts, and he seems happy about it,” added the source.
