The leading lady of innumerable films, Kajal Aggarwal will soon don the hat of a producer. The Khaidi No: 150 actress is all kicked to bankroll a breezy entertainer to be directed by Prasanth Varma of Awe fame.
Interestingly, Kajal worked under Prasanth for Awe, and it was during the film’s making that both began work on a new-age film. A source informs, “During the making of Awe, Prasanth Varma had bounced a script idea to Kajal Aggarwal. The actress was impressed with the unique plot line and believed that it’ll be an apt film for her to debut as a producer. She flagged off the film and pre-production work has already begun.”
The project is likely to go on the floors after Prasanth Varma wraps up his current film Kalki, starring Rajasekhar.
