After making headlines a few days back, actress Catherine Tresa is now moving onto her next project. The actress was in the news after being ousted from Chiranjeevi's 150th film at the last minute and replaced with Lakshmi Raai. Putting the entire episode aside, the actress has started afresh and is concentrating on her next film, directed by Teja.
“She is playing an important role in Teja's film and joined the shooting in Pollachi in Tamil Nadu. Rana Daggubati is the lead actor and the actress has scenes with him. The film has a political backdrop, but Catherine is not playing an MLA,” says a source from the unit. Kajal Agarwal is the other female lead in the film. Director Teja roped in Catherine after her impressive performance in her last film, Sarrainodu.
