Actor-director J.D. Chakravarthy gave a big surprise to his fans when he secretly married actress Anukriti Sharma on Thursday evening.
The actor, who entered the film industry 27 years back with Ram Gopal Varma’s movie Siva, finally entered wedlock with his long-time girlfriend Anukriti, who, too, had debuted with an RGV movie — Sreedevi.
Interestingly, the wedding was a hush-hush affair held at Chakravarthy’s residence in Hyderabad. DC had reported a few months back that JD was getting married soon after his mother expressed her wish to see the 46-year- old actor as a family man.
Anukriti has been embroiled in a controversy recently after she filed a complaint against a director for forcing her to act in objectionable scenes. The director had accused her of not coming to location on time.
