Ram Charan’s ongoing film shoot has been cancelled, due to the high temperatures in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh over the last few days. Directed by Sukumar, the unit was shooting for the film in Rajahmundry near Godavari river, and had even erected a huge set. But the shoot was cancelled due to the heat wave.

“With temperatures touching 45 to 47 degrees, the filmmakers have decided to postpone the shoot to avoid exposing the artistes and technicians to the extreme heat. They did not want to take any chance, keeping in mind that Samantha had already suffered a sunstroke in their earlier schedule,” said a press release from the production house.”

The shoot is scheduled to resume next month at the same place. Meanwhile, the unit is planning to shoot a few interior scenes in Hyderabad.
