Akhil Akkineni’s upcoming film Most Eligible Bachelor was supposed to be out this summer, but the lockdown has forced him to look for a new release date.
Bommarillu Bhasker is the director of the film and Allu Aravind is the producer.
The makers are looking at Dasara as the best time for the film to hit the screens.
“More than half of the shooting is done and they need one month to complete the remaining. So, if they start shooting in August, the film can be ready by Dasara,” says a source from the unit.
“The good thing is that they are working on the editing and some of the re-recording work during the lockdown. That means they won’t need much time to complete the film once the lockdown is lifted,” adds the source.
