According to a reliable source, actress Samantha is set to play a ghost in the horror comedy Raju Gari Gadhi 2 in which she co-stars with her future father-in-law Nagarjuna. While Poorna of Avunu fame played the ghost’s character in the first part, Samantha is now reprising the same role in the sequel.
Directed by Omkar, the film has Nagarjuna and Seerat Kapoor as the lead pair. The source also reveals that the set erected for the first part of the film is being used in the second part too. This is the first time that Samantha is playing a ghost’s character and her role is very important in the film. The director has also roped in many of the characters from the first part for the film. “Samantha’s role is crucial and she did it very well,” says a source.
