Comedian Ali, who is soon celebrating 40 years of his film career, may join the YSRC Party in the coming elections after years of being affiliated with the Telugu Desam Party.
Even as the actor is still mum on his political plans, a cultural organisation is felicitating him in Vijayawada on February 23, with A.P. Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in attendance as the chief guest. In light of this news, perhaps one can safely assume that the actor is still with the TDP.
Meanwhile, a source informs that a top producer was involved is brokering peace between Ali and the party leaders, after which the actor assured Naidu of his continued support.
