Buoyed by the super success of F2, Varun Tej has now turned his focus on preparing for the part in his forthcoming film. Apparently, the actor will leave for the US soon to train for the role of a boxer in his upcoming untitled film, to be directed by debutant Kiran Korrapati.
Since the role demands Varun to look perfect in his appearance, the actor wants to learn the ropes of the sport. Therefore it was important for him to learn everything from a professional coach instead of doing it on his own. Apart from the training, Varun will also use the trip to work on his body to look leaner for the role.
A source informs, “Varun loves to experiment with his roles and that’s the pattern he has been following since his debut film. Be it Kanche, Antariksham, etc., he relishes taking up challenging roles and always loves to push himself. His role of a boxer in his next film is another step in that direction.” Varun’s friend Siddhu is co-producing the film.
