Yet another controversy has cropped up regarding the biopic of late legendary actor N.T. Rama Rao. Ram Gopal Varma earlier announced that he is directing Balakrishna in the biopic. But in his recent interview, Balakrishna denied the news and said he has not decided about the director.
RGV now plans to make the film from the perspective of Lakshmi Parvathi, the second wife of late actor-turned-politician.
“After finishing my complete entire research on NTR, I judiciously realized that instead of a biopic on NTR, the same biopic on NTR from the ultra pure understanding of LAKSHMI PARVATHI is what which will actually truthfully provide much more pneumatic insights into the vagaries of those situations surrounding those tumultuous times..Am so excited to embark on this inception,” (sic) the director posted on Instagram. He also revealed the film’s title as Lakshmi’s NTR.
He adds, “The film LAKSHMI's NTR will make naked and expose all the real truths behind the true lies of those who punched in his stomach and stabbed his back .. "LAKSHMI's NTR" will be the true story of the real actual total truth behind what actually really happened in NTR’s life especially towards the end.” (sic).
The director seems to be upset with Balakrishna, which is why he probably wants to do the film on his own.
