Nagarjuna continues to be fascinated by the action films genre. While his current film, Wild Dog, is an action thriller, an upcoming one is rumoured to be similar. Directed by Praveen Sattaru, Nag will be seen as a Special Forces officer.
He is playing a Chief Security Officer (CSO) on a mission. In fact, Nag is being portrayed as a former Military and RAW agent who turns CSO.
As per a source, “Nagarjuna has been showing keen interest in being part of action films and he has been asking filmmakers to come up with action films where content and his role are realistic. He was receptive to Praveen’s idea of a film with him as a CSO.”
The most exciting part of this film will be the action sequences. Praveen has planned high-octane yet stylish action sequences and that’s one of the reasons the actor had given it his go-ahead. “Nag was impressed with the way Praveen composed action sequences in Garuda Vega. He is hoping that the filmmaker can recreate that, if not better the magic,” adds the source.
While an official announcement about the project is expected to be made soon by the producer Sunil Narang, Praveen is giving final touches to the script.
