Actor Sharwanand underwent a successful shoulder surgery on Monday at a private hospital in Hyderabad. He was shifted from the ICU to a room on Tuesday morning. Talking about the surgery, Dr. Guruva Reddy, who operated on the actor, said, “I know Sharwanand for the last 15 years and he is a family member. In an unfortunate incident, he sustained a shoulder injury while training in skydiving. The surgery to the shoulder bone took about four hours.
Then the plastic surgery took around five hours followed by an observation for three and half hours. As the injury was complicated, the surgery took time.” The doctor added that Sharwa will be discharged from the hospital in two days but will continue to stay under his team’s observation. Also, for the next two months, the actor will undergo physiotherapy to deal with the stiffness in the right shoulder. Dr. Guruva Reddy claimed that there is no need to panic and assured fans that the actor will be back with double the energy to entertain them like before.
