After Karthikeya’s debut film RX100 stole the show at the box-office, everybody took note of his performance in the film. Once again, the actor is all set to charm the audience with his performance in his forthcoming film Hippi, which also happens to be a romantic drama. Directed by the Tamil movie maker T. N. Krishna and produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu, the film is scheduled to release on June 7. Hippi features Karthikeya in the role of a playboy, and his romantic antics in the film will be something to watch out for. While Digangana will be seen as the leading lady, actor J. D. Chakravarthy will also be seen in a key role in the movie.
“We have wrapped up the entire shoot and are pleased with the way the film has shaped up. The project is currently in its post-production phase. Karthikeya has delivered a stellar performance and we are confident that the film will strike a chord at the box-office,” said Kalaipuli S. Thanu.
