The female lead for his film hasn’t been decided yet, but Akhil Akkineni has already begun shooting for his upcoming film with director Vikram Kumar. And we hear the actor is sweating it out in the hot sun at a location near Krishna Nagar in Hyderabad where an action scene is being shot. “Despite the heat, the actor decided to start first with outdoor shootings,” says a source. This is Akhil’s second film and after thoroughly working on the script, they began to shoot.
Interestingly, other than Akhil, his brother Naga Chaitanya and father Nagarjuna are all busy with their respective films. “After a long time, all three are working at one time,” adds the source. Meanwhile, the makers are considering roping in a Hindi actress for the film. Buzz is that Alia Bhatt is in consideration for the role. An announcement is likely to be made in a few days.
