Director Puri Jagannadh is known for introducing new faces to Telugu cinema. Some of the popular actresses like Asin, Hansika, Anushka, Rakshita, Neha Sharma, Adah Sharma and the latest, Aditi Arya are introduced by him.
Now, with his upcoming film Rogue, another new face will be seen on the big screen. The film will see Angela making her debut in Tollywood and newcomer Ishan, producer CR Manohar’s son, plays the lead.
This bi-lingual (Telugu and Kannada) film has another female lead, Mannara Chopra and both have been given equal importance, says a source. On the other hand, the director is confident that he will come back to form with this film. “Recently, the first look of this film released and Puri Jagan is sure making a film similar to Idiot,” say the trade pundits.
