Ram Charan gears up for his next from February?

After a long wait, reigning star Ram Charan is reportedly planning to commence the shooting of his next film with director Buchi Babu Sana in two more months. “In all probability, Ram Charan will be joining the sets of his upcoming film from February and he will be allocating more dates for this sport-centric drama,” says a source and adds, “He has requested director Shankar to wrap up his work for 'Game Changer' by January-end as he likes to move on to his next,” he adds.

Director Buchi Babu, who has been eagerly waiting for Charan, has already completed the script and pre-production work for the much-awaited film. The casting options are also nearly finalized, but uncertainties about Charan’s availability and schedules have hindered its progress. “Now, Buchi is doing all the necessary work and has already received two songs from maestro A R Rahman and is raring to go,” he points out. The film is being produced by Mythri Move Makers.

Following the completion of ‘Game Changer,’ the plan is to commence and complete Buchi Babu’s film starting in February. “Charan has given clear hints about commencing his next and also had a chat with Shankar and things could fall in place,” he adds. Hence, Shankar has to meet this deadline fixed by Ram Charan in all ways, it will be beneficial for the project to be completed on time.

Nonetheless, it would be a dream project for Buchi Babu since he is working with a big star like Ram Charan and it could change his career graph drastically since he made his debut with the relatively smaller film 'Uppena'. "It is just a matter of time before he moves to the big league of directors," he concludes.
