We were the first to tell you that the Adivi Sesh-starrer Goodachari is likely to have a sequel. And now the filmmakers of the super-hit spy thriller have officially announced the project.
Following the resounding success of the first part, the filmmakers are gung-ho about the sequel. Sesh, who co-wrote the story of Goodachari, in addition to playing the protagonist, is now penning the story of the sequel.
Rahul Pakala, who assisted Sesh in writing Goodachari, will helm the sequel. “We are glad that Goodachari became a super success. We want to carry the same confidence and come up with another riveting and edge-of-the-seat thriller. The script work has begun and the shooting is likely to commence from mid 2019. The second part of the film will be made on a huge scale with a bigger budget and will be shot in multiple locations,” the filmmakers aver.
