“Allu Arjun has been a wonderful performer and essayed many challenging roles. Now, he has been bestowed with the highest honour for his riveting performance in Pushpa,” he adds.
The producer of ‘Pushpa’ said that Allu Arjun will go all guns blazing in ‘Pushpa 2’ as well. "Allu Arjun performance will go a few notches up in the sequel as he is going to showcase varied shades with consummate ease. He is bound to rock once again," he informs.

He also heaped praises on rockstar Devi Sri Prasad for receiving the national award for his compositions in ‘Pushpa The Rise’. “He is a very talented composer and truly deserved this award. Actually, Pushpa's musical album also reached even nook and corners of the world. Especially chartbusters like ‘Srivalli’ and 'Oo Ontava’ topped musical charts with views in millions for months together with other numbers and captivated music lovers,” he adds.
For receiving the award for their best film ‘Uppena’, the protocol insisted that only one producer could go on stage to receive the award from the President of India. “Actually, me and Naveen Yerneni are more than friends and like a family. So, when the protocol insisted on one producer, I asked Naveen to go and collect the award since he had come with his entire family. However, I was glad to be in the 'hall of fame' and it was more than enough for me. I like to laud young director Buchi Babu for dishing out a heart-rending love story ‘Uppena’ and receiving the national award for Best Film,” he points out.
At the grand gala event, the producers-duo also met other winners like S S Rajamouli, MM Keeravani since their blockbuster film ‘RRR’ bagged six national awards. “S S Rajamouli has become a stalwart of Indian cinema and not just for Telugu movies. He has taken ‘RRR’ to world stage and mesmerized international audiences and also bagged critical acclaim. Similarly, Keeravani garu who bagged Oscars and national honours. He is a composer-par-excellence. I am also happy for lyricist Chandrabose who bagged national award for his song in ‘Konda Polam,” he points out
The numero uno Telugu production house describes this moment as ‘pride of Telugu cinema’ and say that Tollywood movies are going to shatter the world in the days to come since more filmmakers are dishing pan-India movies.
