It has been widely reported about actor Jagapathi Babu (JB) walking out of Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film Sarileru Neekevvaru.
It’s also been around that the role may now be portrayed by actor Prakash Raj. However, not many know the apparently real reason why that happened.
“Few days ago, Prakash Raj requested his good friend and producer Dil Raju to offer him a character in Sarileru Neekevvaru.
Word is that he even requested Mahesh Babu about it, calling them several times saying he wanted to do something in this film,” a source tells us. Prakash Raj has been missing in action for a while because he has been busy with his political career. But it’s also industry chatter that the actor is usually late on the scenes. “The team had finalised all the artists at the pre-production stage itself, and there was nothing left for Prakash Raj.
