After winning brownie points for her portrayal in One Night Stand, Nyra Banerjee has bagged another happening project. The Bengali actress, who was last seen in Best Actors in Telugu, will be seen as the female lead in director Rawat’s next film. The action-drama, laced with elements of humour and romance, will be produced by Eros International. Apparently, her meaty role has been the clincher for the Kotta Janta star and interestingly, the actress is trained in martial arts for her role.
“Nyra trained hard for her part and underwent rigorous training before coming on board. She believed it would be a challenging role, which would take her acting skills to the next level,” informs a source. The actress has begun shooting for the film, which recently completed a schedule in UK.
