One may reckon from the trailer of Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming film, Dear Comrade, that the actor wants to continue to pursue his fascination with kissing on-screen. Earlier, his films Arjun Reddy and Geetha Govindam totally wooed the audience with his lip-lock scenes, and now Dear Comrade (directed by Bharat Kamma), too, is here to do the trick! The teaser of the action drama gives the audience a glimpse of some intense kissing between the lead pair Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna.
Once again, the couple’s sizzling on-screen chemistry is expected to become the talk of the town post-release, much like their last film together, Geetha Govindham. It seems as though the makers of the film are trying to invoke curiosity among the audience by including smooch scenes in its teasers and posters to kick off their promotional campaign.
“Well, this strategy is certainly working wonders for the film, and has already generated quite a buzz among the audience,” informed a source in the know. Bollywood’s Emraan Hashmi had also earned the tag of ‘serial kisser’ in his initial days. Looks like Vijay is following suit!
