Mahesh Babu’s wife Namrata visited her husband’s ancestral village Burripalem on Thursday, which he has adopted. The actor’s grandparents (Krishna’s parents) used to live here.
Namrata visited the village along with local MP Galla Jayadev to oversee the development work going on.
After the release of the blockbuster Srimanthudu, Mahesh Babu had announced that he would be adopting two villages, one each from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
He chose Burripalam from AP and Sidhapuram from Telangana. Since the actor is busy with the shooting of Brahmotsavam, Namrata visited the village.
