Hrithik Roshan’s upcoming film Kaabil that co-stars Yami Gautam will have a simultaneous release in Hindi and Telugu on January 25. And recently, the film was screened for distributors and exhibitors in Mumbai. “It’s rare that a film is shown to distributors and exhibitors way before release,” says a distributor.
Titled Balam, the film is having a big Telugu release, especially in AP. Hrithik’s earlier films did good business in Telugu and so, the makers are drawing up big plans.
The producer is apparently taking the Telugu media to Mumbai before the release and Hrithik may also visit Hyderabad on January 26th, one day after the release of the film. Directed by Sanjay Gupta, the film is produced by Rakesh Roshan.
In Hyderabad, the Hindi version will have a bigger release than the Telugu version.
